Eral 55 processes orders in Milan, Italy, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Eral 55 ships worldwide via DHL EXPRESS. Eral 55 cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of Eral 55.
Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.
Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 2-3 working days.
Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-5 working days.

When the order is entrusted to the Shipping Courier, the Customer receives a notification e-mail with the order tracking code.
To monitor the progress status of the shipment, customers can visit http://www.dhl.it/it.html and enter the tracking code indicated in the order confirmation email.
Eral 55's shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.
DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are kindly requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt. Eral 55 parcels are carefully sealed with Eral 55 adhesive tape.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be sealed with a seal of guarantee or control by the entity.
If the package appears tampered with or the original tape not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with reservation or refuse delivery of the same. If there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to file a complaint with the local DHL office and to contact ERAL 55 promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with ERAL 55 and undertake to accept the delivery of the package relating to their order. If a parcel is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the parcel is returned to the sender ERAL 55 in Italy at the customer's expense.
The costs to be borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges. These expenses will be deducted from the refund due.
